Reem Townhouses, Town Square

ECC won the design-and-build contract for Reem, a townhouse community inside NSHAMA's Town Square masterplan on Al Qudra Road, and brought AWAJ on as lead consultant for a fast-track programme with no room for schedule slip.

The community comprises 364 townhouses arranged into 45 plex clusters — combinations of 4-, 6-, 8-, and 10-plex buildings — plus a dedicated community facilities building with a gym and conditioned pool. Landscaping was pushed throughout the plan to keep the greenery consistent with Town Square's broader design language while preserving privacy between units.
