History
Al Wasl Al Jadeed Consultants opens its doors as a practice of consulting architects and engineers, at a time when Dubai's built environment was still mostly low-rise.
Commissioned by Dubai Municipality to open with the Dubai Shopping Festival, AWAJ delivers design audit and project management on a fixed, non-negotiable launch date.
364 townhouses across 45 plex clusters for NSHAMA — AWAJ's design-and-build work on Al Qudra Road establishes the firm as a fast-track residential partner.
Hotel staff accommodation in Warsan and the Ras Al Khor development — AED 1.7 billion combined — position AWAJ as lead consultant on Wasl Asset Management Group's largest housing programmes.
A 24,000 m² facility for Aldar Properties in Dubai South brings AWAJ into logistics and industrial design, coordinating structural grids around ASRS and conveyor systems.
A 15,000-student residential campus in Saharanpur — AWAJ's largest master-planning commission to date, and its first major project outside the UAE.
