Six roles, five disciplines
Senior Architect — Residential
Lead design development on mid- to large-scale residential communities, from concept through authority approvals. You'll work directly with Farah, our Head of Architecture, and take ownership of at least one live master-planned community from day one.
Structural Engineer
Design concrete and steel structural systems for residential, industrial, and institutional projects, coordinating closely with our in-house architecture and MEP teams from the earliest design stages.
MEP Design Engineer
Design HVAC, electrical, and public health systems for projects ranging from staff accommodation communities to logistics facilities, with a focus on Dubai Green Building compliance.
Urban Planner
Support land-use, density, and infrastructure planning on multi-phase developments, working alongside Aisha, our Head of Master Planning, on projects across the UAE and beyond.
Site Supervisor
Run day-to-day quality inspection, contract administration, and trade coordination on active construction sites, reporting to Imran, our Head of Construction Supervision.
Graduate Architect
Join our two-year graduate programme rotating through concept design, detailed documentation, and site visits, with structured mentorship from senior architects across the practice.
