Obaid is the owner and founder of the Al Mutaiwei group of companies and comes from one of the families that first inhabited Dubai. After training with the National Oil Company of Abu Dhabi, he completed a British electrical engineering qualification and continued his engineering career reporting infrastructure developments to the Ruling family. He has chaired the Dubai Ship Docking Yard (Jadaf) facility since the completion of the Dry Docks in 1979.

One of AWAJ's pioneers, Mangesh progressed from Chief Architect to Managing Director & Partner through years of leadership and design practice. He guides projects from initial client conversations through detailed design, protecting creative intent as materials and technical details are integrated. His experience spans campus master plans, university facilities, historic restoration, conference centres, civic buildings, industrial parks, corporate headquarters, gated communities, and private residences.

Rohan directs structural design for concrete, steel, and hybrid building systems. He works closely with architecture and MEP teams to resolve grids, loading, and buildability before tender documentation is issued.

Mark oversees payment operations, coordinating project account workflows, payment records, and commercial handoffs between clients, finance, and delivery teams.

Farah leads concept and detailed design across residential and institutional commissions. Her work centres on translating complex development briefs into clear spatial strategies that remain practical through authority review and construction.

Aisha coordinates land use, density, movement, and community facilities for large-scale developments. Her planning approach balances authority requirements with efficient phasing and a legible public realm.

Imran leads site supervision, quality review, and consultant coordination during construction. He focuses on resolving technical issues early while keeping approved design intent visible through handover.

Noor supports recruitment and professional development across AWAJ's design and engineering disciplines. She coordinates candidate experience, onboarding, and the staffing needs of active project teams.
