A 24,000 m² automated warehouse and office facility engineered for high-density pallet storage, robotics, and multidirectional sorting.
Aldar Properties needed a warehouse purpose-built for e-commerce fulfillment inside Dubai South's logistics zone — one that could carry advanced material-handling systems from day one rather than being retrofitted later.
AWAJ designed the facility around 21,600 m² of storage supporting adjustable pallet racking in both VNA and standard-aisle configurations, multitier shelving, and ASRS for pallets and bins, with conveyors and multidirectional sorters integrated into the structural grid. Pick-to-light systems and a dedicated 1,790 m² office wing round out a building meant to run at e-commerce speed, not warehouse speed.
