Ras Al Khor Development
A 27-building, mid-income residential community built around a shared park, delivered as lead design consultant from concept through construction supervision.

Wasl Asset Management Group needed a mid-income housing development to meet rapid demand around Ras Al Khor — without letting cost discipline compromise the resident experience. AWAJ took on the project as lead design consultant, carrying it through contract administration and construction supervision on site.
The community is organized as G+4 clusters of two to four buildings, each with direct access to a central park, and completed with a clubhouse, kindergarten, and mosque. One-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments were sized to include full storage, en-suite bathrooms, and laundry space within a tight construction budget, with at-grade parking tucked beneath each building's footprint to keep open space usable.
The development later opened to residents as Wasl Green Park, one of Wasl's largest rental communities in Dubai.
