Landmark Group's regional distribution centre was planned in three phases, with core brands and amenities concentrated in the first phase while later phases remain flexible.
AWAJ organised the site around unidirectional goods movement and efficient internal vehicle circulation, while giving the prominent road-facing elevation a stronger architectural and branding presence.
