Glocal University Master Plan

Grand Peak Group commissioned AWAJ, working with OSM, to master-plan a residential university campus meant to read as "a confluence of modernity, tradition and society." The brief called for a campus that felt anchored while still expressing growth and outward reach.

AWAJ answered with a circular masterplan: a compact, walkable core that functions as a protective encompassment for students, with academic and residential zones radiating outward from it. The campus is now under construction and, at completion, will be sized for 15,000 students.
