EMAAR appointed AWAJ to design and develop this premium address and lead its specialist consultant team. One-, two-, and three-bedroom homes are distributed across four blocks served by common basement and podium parking.
The scheme combines contemporary façades with a biophilic landscape strategy. A swimming pool, gym, multipurpose hall, children's play area, open gym, barbecue niches, and sunbathing deck are organised around the landscaped podium.
