Following Greenside Residence, EMAAR appointed AWAJ to lead the design and consultant team for Club Drive. The project comprises two L-shaped buildings above shared podium and basement parking.
One-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments are supported by a landscaped podium with a pool, gym, multipurpose hall, community park, children's play area, open gym, barbecue niches, and sunbathing deck.
