Club Place extends AWAJ's work with EMAAR at Dubai Hills Estate. Three residential blocks are joined by common parking and a landscaped courtyard at Level 1, with one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments arranged to maximise daylight and long views.
The central podium includes a pool, gym, multipurpose hall, indoor and outdoor children's areas, an event lawn, barbecue niches, and outdoor lounge spaces.
