The plot (area: 8,420 sq.m.) is located on Al Nahda Street in Sharjah, close to the Dubai-Sharjah borders. With a number of residential towers around the plot, it is also in close proximity to Sahara Centre, I-Mall and Ansar Mall.
The access to the plot is mainly through the service road along Al Nahda street and the internal Malaka Street which leads from the Nahda Park square.
Based on the traffic movement and ease of access, the vehiclar entry is planned from the Al Nahda Street and the main exit on to the Bukhara Street in the rear. A secondary exit is also considered on to the Al Nahda Street - service road. The back of house services are placed in the rear enabling a separate entry and exit for the service vehicles.
The facade is developed based on the location and the approach roads, hence providing a visual treat from three angles. The entrance plazas are designed to provide an inviting character when viewed from Sahara Center. The facade facing the Dubai-Sharjah highway is strategically design with solid mass to promote branding opportunities for the retailer.
