Nshama approached AWAJ to take over the project designed by other consultants. The contractor had already mobilized on site. The challenge was to keep site works progressing while review of the project was being carried out. This was an example of great team work by Client, Contractor ( ECC) and the team at AWAJ. The project was successfully completed on schedule.

This is located in one of the most exclusive developments in Dubai, TOWN SQUARE, and close proximity to Al Qudra & Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road.  The site area is 24864.20 Sqm.  Rawda Residential Apartments consists of four building forming a C-shape with varying heights (B+G+P+14+R).
